Track Your Order
Every order ships with tracking. Here is how to find it and what to expect.
Finding your tracking number
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse we email a tracking number to the address used at checkout. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived within 3 business days.
Delivery timeline
Orders to addresses in the USA arrive 8–12 business days after the order is placed. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan.
Need help?
If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact support with your order number and we will open a carrier investigation.
