Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our United States warehouse. Delivery to addresses in the USA takes 8–12 business days.

Delivery times

Shipping to the USA: 8–12 business days after the order is placed.
Orders are processed on business days only, excluding public holidays.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders over $99. Orders below that amount are charged a flat shipping rate that is shown at checkout before payment.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or freight-forwarding services.

Delays

Severe weather, carrier disruption and peak season volume can extend delivery times. If your order passes 12 business days without movement, contact support and we will investigate with the carrier.
