Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Navimow. If it is not the right fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in resalable condition with all original accessories, documentation and packaging included.
How to start a return
- Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We review the request and email you a return authorization with shipping instructions.
- Pack the mower in its original box and ship it using the label provided.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges on refused or undeliverable orders are non-refundable.
Non-returnable items
- Installed or used blade assemblies and consumables.
- Products damaged by misuse, accident or unauthorized modification.
- Items returned after the 30-day window without prior approval.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
