Limited Warranty Policy
Navimow robotic mowers are covered by a limited warranty of up to 3 years against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Coverage
- Robotic mower body and drive system: up to 3 years.
- Charging station and power supply: 2 years.
- Battery: 2 years or the equivalent charge cycles, whichever comes first.
- Accessories and consumables such as blades: 30 days.
What is not covered
- Normal wear of blades, wheels and housings.
- Damage caused by misuse, water ingress beyond the rated protection, or unauthorized repair.
- Damage from commercial use of a residential product.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function.
Making a claim
Contact support with your order number, the serial number of the mower and a description of the fault. Our team will diagnose the issue and, where covered, repair or replace the product free of charge.
